How to make a real estate video from photos

From listing photos to a finished MP4 tour in three steps.

  1. 1. Add the listing photos Add 3 to 10 photos of one property as JPG, PNG, or WebP. The planner puts them in walking order, the outside first and the strongest photo last, names each room, and picks a camera move for each photo; drag a photo or change its move to adjust.
  2. 2. Choose the quality, shape, length, and music Pick Standard or Best; landscape 16:9 for listing sites and YouTube, portrait 9:16 for Reels and TikTok, or square; a length of 3, 5, or 8 seconds a photo; and the music: Elegant, Upbeat, Calm, or none. The price shows on Make tour before you start.
  3. 3. Make the tour and download it Each photo becomes a shot of the length you picked, joined to the next with a short dissolve under an original instrumental. The tour is ready in a few minutes; watch it, check every room against the real property, and download the MP4.

What you can do

  • 3 to 10 photos make an 8 to 75.5 second tour: 3, 5, or 8 seconds a photo, each a slow push-in, slide, rise, or drift
  • Free planning: each room named, the photos in walking order from the outside in, the strongest one last
  • Standard 33 credits a photo at 5 seconds (22 at 3, 44 at 8), Best 60 (96 at 8), plus 5 for original music: a 6-photo Standard tour with music is 203 credits
  • Landscape 16:9, portrait 9:16, or square 1:1 at 720p, as an MP4 download

Example tours made with this tool

What a tour costs

A tour is priced per photo by quality and length, plus 5 credits for the music, and the total shows on Make tour before you start. The table is at the default 5 seconds a photo: 3 seconds costs 22 credits a photo on Standard, and 8 seconds 44 on Standard or 96 on Best. Planning the tour costs nothing, and a tour that fails is refunded.

What it can't do

It moves the camera through the photos you add. It does not stage empty rooms, change the weather or the time of day, add text, prices, or a logo, record a voiceover, or read a listing link. Each shot starts from your photo and the AI adds the motion, so small details can still shift: check every room against the real property before you publish the tour.

Label AI-animated listing photos where the rules ask

Listing media is regulated in some places. In California, AB 723 (in force since January 1, 2026) requires licensees to disclose digitally altered listing images and point buyers to the originals. A tour made here keeps your rooms as photographed but is still made with AI, so label it where your MLS, brokerage, or local rules ask, and keep the original photos available.

Frequently asked questions

Can AI make a real estate video from photos?

Yes. Add 3 to 10 listing photos of one property, and the AI turns each into a short shot with a slow camera move, puts them in walking order, and joins them under original music into one MP4 tour. The rooms, furniture, and light come from your photos; the AI adds the motion, so check each shot before you publish.

How much does a real estate video cost?

At the default 5 seconds a photo, Standard costs 33 credits a photo and Best 60, plus 5 credits for the music: a 6-photo tour is 203 credits on Standard or 365 on Best. At 3 seconds a photo Standard is 22; at 8 seconds Standard is 44 and Best 96. A new account's 20 starter credits are not enough for a tour, so buy credits or a plan first. A tour that fails is refunded.

How long is the video?

You pick it under Length: 3, 5, or 8 seconds a photo, less half a second for each dissolve between two photos. 3 photos at 3 seconds make an 8-second tour, 6 photos at 5 seconds a 27.5-second one, and 10 photos at 8 seconds a 75.5-second one.

Which shape works for Reels, TikTok, and listing sites?

Portrait 9:16 for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts; landscape 16:9 for YouTube, listing sites, and your website; square 1:1 for feeds. Every photo is cropped to the shape around its center, so a landscape photo loses its sides in a portrait tour.

Can I use the tour commercially?

Yes, when you make it on a paid plan or with a credit pack; creations on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use. You need the rights to the photos you upload, and the tour must follow your MLS, brokerage, and local advertising rules.
